Effective date: April 8, 2026. These terms govern your use of siliconfeed.online (“Site”) operated by SiliconFeed (“we”, “us”). They are a practical template for publishers and tools such as Google Publisher Center; they are not legal advice—have qualified counsel adapt them for your jurisdiction and products.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The service

SiliconFeed provides news and editorial-style content about technology and related topics. Content is provided for general information and may be produced or assisted by automated systems with human oversight where we apply it. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape, or probe the Site or our systems beyond normal browsing, RSS, or search-engine indexing as permitted by robots rules.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply. Courts in Delaware (or another venue we specify in an update) shall have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes, unless the law where you live requires otherwise—update this section with your lawyer for your actual entity and location.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where the law allows.
